COMMUNICATION BOAT: solidly built, sits well in the water and then there is oceans of space - this boat is perfect for those who want to live on a boat, but also for those who want to sail long trips, holidays of several weeks, etc. The boat has a very large living room with a helm and a nice panoramic view via the large windows, a comfortable sofa and table, and the salon is simply cozy - you really want to stay here! From the salon there is a step down to a large pantry with electric ceramic stove, combi oven and dishwasher, and lots of cupboards and drawers that have room for everything. Opposite the pantry on the starboard side, there is a practical dinette, which can also be used for extra sleeping places. At the very front of the bow is the guest cabin with attached toilet, and at the very back of the boat is the owner's cabin, simply a huge cabin, with a queen-size double bed, and its own toilet/bath. Here again, plenty of drawers and cupboards so the entire wardrobe can be stowed away. Outdoors, the large aft deck dominates the entire width of the boat, it is a smaller ballroom where a barbeque can be held for a considerable number of guests, possibly covered by the practical Bimini that covers the entire aft deck. A few steps up is the flybridge with another helm station, many seats and, of course, an unrivaled view. The boat is very smooth sailing with its two strong diesel engines on fixed axles, and together with the bow thruster, they make harbor maneuvers a breeze. The boat is continuously upgraded with a number of new installations, such as bow thruster, electric toilets etc.
