In an intermediary sale, you pay a percentage of the sale price or a fixed agreed fee. We do not use advertising allowances, start-up or termination fees. In short: sold or free! You can terminate the agreement with 30 days notice if you think we are not doing well enough, so you are not bound to the agreement indefinitely.

So you pay nothing at all in advance. Our fee is only due when the transaction is finally completed and the buyer has paid the purchase price.
