BROADCASTING BOAT, NEW CASE: MOTORYACHT SUITABLE FOR LONG TRIPS OR PERMANENT RESIDENCE! This boat is fantastically furnished and can be sailed on a speedboat license - the previous owner used the boat as a residence, which is why the entire flybridge has been modified with a fixed, solid roof in fiberglass on strong steel pipes, as well as a newer canopy for full coverage. The hood is easily rolled up all the way around. The construction withstands various storms, so the flybridge can also be used in autumn/winter. It provides a huge room with space for a free-standing dining table/chairs, sunbeds, or e.g. lounge arrangement, the possibilities are many. up here is also a steering position with 2 new special driver's seats, and steering from up here naturally gives a fantastic view. If you want the boat restored to its original condition without roof construction, this is possible. At the back of the flybridge there is a ladder down to the aft deck, forward a few comfortable steps lead down to a cozy pilothouse, which contains a well-equipped wheelhouse with a good view, an angle sofa for the crew so they can follow the sailing, and doors on both sides for access to side deck/fore deck. Sailing from the pilothouse is every captain's dream, here you really feel on board a ship....from the pilothouse there are again a few steps down to the huge salon which contains a huge pantry and living room with a sofa and space for free-standing armchairs. The pantry is fully equipped with electric stove/oven (new 2024) dishwasher, fridge/freezer, plenty of cupboards and counter space. The large windows provide good light and a view of the harbor life. From the salon there is access to the aft deck with canopy, where there is room for a table and a couple of chairs, as well as a large door leading out to the bathing platform. if you back up to a floating bridge, there is thus easy access to the boat. Foremost in the saloon is the access to the cabins, in the hallway there is a washing machine, cleverly hidden basg large door. The boat has 2 double guest cabins that share a toilet with a separate bath, and at the very front of the bow is the owner's cabin, containing a large double bed and its own toilet with bathtub.

In the engine compartment there are 2 strong HINO diesel engines of 250hp each, with only 1400 hours on the clock, as well as a 220V diesel generator.
